Rachel Howard
Rachel Howard is Digital Initiatives Librarian at the University of Louisville. She has worked with metadata and digital libraries since 1998, with the Library of Congress' American Memory project; the Smithsonian Global Sound project; and two IMLS National Leadership Grant-funded projects. She holds a B.A. in History from the University of Notre Dame and an M.L.I.S. from the University of Washington. |

Emily Symonds
Emily Symonds is the Metadata Librarian at the University of Louisville where she works on digital projects for the University Libraries. Previously, she was the Metadata and Digital Initiatives Librarian at Indiana State University. Emily received her MLS from Indiana University. She also has an MFA in Creative Writing and post-baccalaureate certificate in Museum Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. |
